Clinician (LMHCs or LICSWs)

Interested in taking your clinical work outdoors and using the farm and farm animals to support your clients in developing their strengths, experiencing change and resilience, and finding joy? Interested in working with a collaborative and innovative group of practitioners who are paving the way in farm-based therapy?

We are looking for fee-for-service LMHCs and LICSWs who can commit to at least 8 clients per week on: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday afternoons; and/or Saturdays between 9am-3pm.

Farm experience is not required. Just an interest in learning a new form of therapy, while supporting clients between the ages of 5-65+ with their mental health. The job offers competitive pay, sick time, and staff wellness benefits.
