Meet Daisy Pete
Daisy Pete was born on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 around 12:30pm. She is our fifth female and final goat born this kidding season.
Daisy Pete is an Angora goat, meaning that she will be woolly, like the twins, and resemble a sheep. Daisy’s current likes are her mom, Lottie; her dollhouse, beautifully painted by clients; and basking in the sunlight or warmth of her heat lamp.
Given that she was born a month after the other babies, she is still learning how to socialize, and prefers the company of her mom. By the time of the baby shower, we hope to see her using the playground with the other kids, whether it’s climbing on a client-built wooden structure to nap in the sun or play “queen of the mountain”; or to bounce off the tires half-buried in the ground, and then zoomie around the yard with the rest of the young herd.
We are so excited for the community to meet our newest additions to the farm. These little goats will be helping people feel better for years to come!
